So aware

A poem

I make up problems
to feel like something is wrong
because contentment becomes unsettling
when it lasts for too long

I feel so aware yet so weak
for a clear mind 
is a hard thing to keep

slowly
                I
                      descend...

embraced by the land of the unlovable

give me a few moments here.
I promise I can get back up again
